The collection is arranged in the order in which it arrived in the Rhode Island College Special Collections.
It is unknown when this collection arrived in Special Collections, however it was in the holdings as of 2019.
The collection was described by Special Collections intern, Melissa Moniz, in 2023 under the supervision of Digital Archivist and Special Collections Librarian, Veronica L. Denison.
Based on stamps on the pages, the original bound book was likely part of the James Prendergast Free Library and the Rhode Island College Adams Library book collections. Sometime prior to 2019, the book was removed from the Library book collections and the book plates removed from the book.
