            <acqinfo><p>Robert Martin transferred the collection from the Rhode Island College Office of Alumni Affairs and Public Relations to Special Collections in July 2012.</p></acqinfo>
            <processinfo><p>The collection was placed in its own archival book box by former Special Collections staff. The collection was described in 2026 by Veronica L. Denison, Digital Archivist and Special Collections Librarian.</p></processinfo>
            <custodhist><p>The collection was in the possession of Frances Heffernan and Susan Laflamme, who gave it to Robert Martin from the Rhode Island College Office of Alumni Affairs and Public Relations.</p></custodhist>

However, the autograph book was not created by that office, nor is it a product of that office. Therefore, in 2026, the autograph book was separated from this collection and established as its own.
