The Committee on Retention Initiatives was formed to examine and determine ways in which Rhode Island College might focus its retention efforts between 1987-1990. The goal was to identify action steps to promote “persistence through programs.”
The collection items detail the creation of the Retention Initiatives Committee, research material from multiple books, culminating in six reports on enrollment management strategies, and a final report of eight action recommendations for the college to implement.
