            <scopecontent>
                <p>The collection contains coursework and memorabilia that belonged to Blanche A. Walsh. The coursework consists of a history test, an assignment titled “course of study in mathematics for the seventh grade,” and a book of handwritten poems by various poets with images pasted inside. The memorabilia in the collection consists of a B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) pin, a silver 1932 class ring inscribed with Blanche’s initials “BAW,” and a bracelet engraved with RICE ’32.</p>
