Rhode Island College of Education held various Centennial events in 1954 to commemorate the opening of Rhode Island Normal School in 1854.
The collection contains an invitation and RSVP card for the Centennial Convocation on May 16, 1954, as well as a Centennial Banquet program. The banquet was held on May 3, 1954, at the Narragansett Hotel in Providence, Rhode Island and was sponsored by the Associated Alumni of Rhode Island College of Education.
