The collection contains a State of Rhode Island Proclamation declaring the week of May 16-22, 1954, as Rhode Island College of Education Week in recognition of the College’s centennial celebration and the importance of teacher education. The Proclamation was signed by Rhode Island Governor Dennis J. Roberts.
