Manuscripts, etc. for six volumes of poetry written or compiled by Ernest M. Robson, several in collaboration with others, including his wife Marion, who either designed or did the calligraphy for all the books issued by the press they founded, Primary Press.
There are no restrictions on access, except that the collection can only be seen by prior appointment. Some materials may be stored off-site and cannot be produced on the same day on which they are requested.
Although Brown University has physical ownership of the collection and the materials contained therein, it does not claim literary rights. Researchers should note that compliance with copyright law is their responsibility. Researchers must determine the owners of the literary rights and obtain any necessary permissions from them.

The material in boxes 1-2 were given to Brown University by Mr. Robson in 1982. The materials in box 3 were given to the Library in November 1983 by Ernest M. Robson and supplement his earlier material.
