The first Roger Williams College yearbook was published in 1970. It was given the title "Witness" as it bore witness the events, people, and places which influenced the lives of the first graduating class of Roger Williams College in Bristol. Over the years the yearbook was published under many titles. Since 1995 it has been called "Crossings".
There are no restrictions on access, except that the collection can only be seen by prior appointment.
Researchers are advised that express written permission to reproduce, quote, or otherwise publish any portion or extract from this collection must be obtained from the University Library. Although Roger Williams University has physical ownership of the collection and the materials contained therein, it does not claim literary rights. It is up to the researcher to determine the owners of the literary rights and to obtain any necessary permissions from them.

The collection contains yearbooks from 1970 through 2011. With the exception of the 1974 yearbook, most include photographs of faculty, administration, and senior students, along with photos of student sports, activities, and clubs. The 1974 yearbook only contains images of and information about the senior class.
The yearbooks are arranged chronologically.
The Department of Student Programs and Leadership provides the archives with copies of each yearbook.
